Ground Support personnel are responsible for supporting aerial firefighting operations by safely operating and maintaining ground support equipment, assisting with aircraft fueling and servicing, transporting equipment and personnel, and helping maintain an organized and safe operational environment. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, adapt to changing conditions, and work effectively as part of a flight and ground crew.
